Step 1: Pretest

Our technician provides a thorough overview and inspection of your floor to determine what kind of tile or stone you have. That way he can ensure your floor receives the best care based on its construction.

The inspection is especially significant for acid-sensitive floors, including limestone, terrazzo, marble and travertine.

Step 2: Preparation

The Five Star Chem-Dry technician then tapes around the cleaning area to prevent surrounding rooms and floors from being exposed to our cleaning solutions and methods.

Step 3: Clean

Our cleaning process begins with removing the loose soil and dirt that’s visible on the surface of your floor. Then, using our first-class equipment and all-natural solutions, we purge embedded dirt deep within porous areas of your floor.

Step 4: Sanitizer
