Step 1: Evaluation
Our technician provides a thorough examination and evaluation of the rug, its construction and its fabric. Our rug cleaning service won’t proceed until we are confident we will provide the very best solution that’s safe for your rug.
Step 2: Vacuum
After the evaluation, we vacuum the rug to remove surface-level dirt and particles. It’s best that all loose soil and allergens are gone before applying The Natural® and dampening the rug.
Step 3: The Natural®
The Natural® is lightly sprayed onto the surface of the rug. It’s our proprietary solution and is carbonation-based and chemical-free! The carbonation lifts embedded toxins and allergens to the surface for easy access to our rug cleaning equipment.
